Custom Orders
Custom jewelry orders are final sale once production has begun. Design approvals, stone selections, and sizing confirmations are the responsibility of the customer prior to production.
Repairs & Services
While we handle all repairs and jewelry services with the utmost care, House of Harry Jewelry is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened settings, or loss of stones resulting from normal wear or structural issues not visible during inspection.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, custom work, and shipping carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns or exchanges must be requested within the stated return period and items must be returned in original condition. Custom-made, resized, engraved, or special-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
